It’s Time to Heal: Choosing Healing Over Survival

For so long, I thought I just had to deal with it—the joint pain, the fatigue, the endless flare-ups that controlled my life. I thought healing was out of my hands, that my body was simply working against me. But what I didn’t realize was that my body wasn’t attacking me for no reason… it was crying out for my help.

So, I made a choice.
To stop just surviving and start truly healing.
